FAQ

Can I apply without a referral registration?

You can apply, but until registration is verified your application stays under review and you are excluded from matching.

Who sets the fee?

Unless otherwise agreed, the agent fee is 30% of the billed amount for surgery and 20% for procedures. If the hospital deducts material or sedation costs, the rate applies to the amount after deduction. Details follow the standard contract.

Does a high match score guarantee a contract?

The score is a reference indicator for recommending who to propose to. Whether a contract is made depends on both sides accepting.

Where do I inquire about hospital onboarding?

The inquiry channel will be announced here before launch.
